• Choice of ceremony site including multiple pasture views and rustic barn.

Reception

• Choice of reception site including pasture (tent must be rented from outside company) or rustic barn

• 11-6 to 8 ft brown/black wooden rectangular tables, 6-6 ft white plastic round tables, 14-3 ft brown wooden round tables, 2 wooden bartops, antique butterfly leaf cake table, wooden spools

• 110 black reception chairs, 2 wooden chairs for sweetheart table, 14 antique church pews, 14 walnut benches, 14 wooden bar stools, and 14 silver metal stools

• Kitchen with freezer, double-sink, catering cooler, oven, spacious countertops, and drop-down serving windows

• Booth above dance floor for DJ setup

• Side porch with wood stove and 4 patio heaters

• Beverage trough and 5 galvanized metal beverage tubs

• Male and Women's restrooms

• Cornhole set

Additional Fees

• ​If alcohol will be served, an additional $500 damage deposit will be required and a security officer hired from the local Sheriff's department.

• The deposit will be returned pending no damage or abnormal cleaning after the event.

• Event insurance is required and can be found online for an average of $200.
